Danni Sell

Danni disrupt our world and reality with a big pile of good energy. Danni does Yoga, sound and body exercises and much more with all of us.

Danni’s teaching MUST be experienced and you are guaranteed to experience new sides of yourself and laugh a lot.

The subject

Have you ever wished you could press pause?
In Mindfulness, you’ll learn ways to find calm, focus, and balance.

This subject is not about being “zen” or perfect. It’s about getting to know yourself better, your body, your thoughts your reactions and about gaining tools you can actually use in everyday life.

Yoga
Calm and conscious movement where you strengthen your body, stretch, and become aware of your limits. It’s not a competition – everyone can join.

Meditation
You learn to notice your thoughts without getting caught up in them. This creates more calm in your mind and better focus.

Breathing Techniques
Your breath can actually help you calm down when you’re stressed or nervous. We practice techniques you can use before an exam, an important conversation, or when your thoughts won’t slow down.

Body Awareness & Massage
We work with simple and respectful exercises that release tension and help you connect more deeply with your body.

Creative Reflection
Sometimes we use drawing, writing, or movement to put words (or images) to see what’s going on inside. It’s not about being good at it – it’s about being honest.
